Welcome to ParentPay

We are pleased to announce that we will be accepting payments online for dinner and snack money from 26th February 2018. This means we will no longer accept any cash or chepayments of lunch or snack. Using a secure website called ParentPay you will be able to pay online using your credit or debit card. You can also pay using a Paypoint machine.ParentPay will be our preferred method of making payments to school.
How to get started with ParentPay?
We will shortly be sending you your account activation details. Once you receive these:
  • Visit www.parentpay.com
  • Enter your activation username and password in the account login section of the homepage. (NB. These are for one-time use only, you will choose your own username and password for future access during the activation process)
  • Provide all the necessary information and choose your new username and password for your account - registering your email address will enable us to send you receipts and reminders
  • Once activation is complete you can go to straight to items for payment, select which item(s) you want to add to your basket and proceed to complete your payment

Please can we ask you to ensure the following:

  • In order to ensure the smooth transition to cashless, please can you activate your accounts as soon as you receive your letter.  If we encounter any errors, we will have time to rectify these before the launch date on 26th February.
  • Activation letters will be sent to parents however the account name will be who is set up as Priority 1 contact.
  • If you currently pay by Direct Debit you will need to cancel this with your bank.
  • If you already have a ParentPay account with another school, you can simply add your child using the activation code we have provided you.
  • You will be able to link siblings once you have activated one account.
  • For Reception and KS1 parents, even though you do not currently pay for your meals you will still need to activate your account to pay for snacks.
